Journal: Day 18 of Becoming More Intentional

I was getting ready today, and I didn't even realize that I hadn't journaled yet until I was letting my dogs out, and I felt something was missing. I was like oh crap, I didn't journal. I recorded with my friend Patrick this morning, and we hit on three vital little words: love, availability, and reliability.

The first love, for me, is an easy one to define. Follow the example of love we have in the Bible, Jesus. Love your God first and foremost, your spouse, kids, work, and ministry. The last two, for me, go hand in hand.

The next is availability; being ready to answer every bid for your attention as a dad is so important. Being there for your kids and being available and present with them can truly change the relationship.

The last one is cause I am in a hurry to get to work and drink my greens. It is reliability; I have to be reliable for my kids. For the good, the bad, the great, and the ugly. I will be there for it as long as I'm around. I'll be there.

That's all for today, folk; quick little entry.

Day eighteen on your intentional journey is captured through a comforting embrace, set against a backdrop of warmth and trust. The presence of a heart and an anchor in the scene symbolizes the deep love and reliability you're cultivating within your relationships.
