Keep: 5 Total Players

OF Akil Baddoo- I don't know why he isn't an everyday player, but that has led him to be dropped in -16.6% of leagues this last week. I would hold Baddoo because the talent is there.

3B/1B Travis Shaw- Shaw has had a rough last seven days hitting only .125/.222/.167. However, the overall season line is very Shaw. He drives guys when they are on base and will feed you RBI if your BA/OBP can take the hit.

SP Zach Plesac- Another Indians starter has had it rough to start the season and has a miserable last two outings giving up 14H, 12ER over 5.2IP. Until he can show control, I would hold him.

OF Michael Conforto- Give Conforto another week or two to see if he can round into form. This Mets team is still working on finding its true identity. Just hold tight to Conforto; he has to turn it around if he wants that $$$ this off-season, so he better turn it around.

RP Giovanny Gallegos- After a couple of rough outings in the last week, he has been dropped off of -10.3% of rosters. He is available in about 60% of leagues now so he may be worth an add. The season is still okay, with a 2.92ERA over 12.1IP with 16K-4BB.

Add: Position Players

C Carson Kelly: The AZ backstop has been playing exceptionally well and has been added in +36.4% of leagues. He is only owned in 57.6% of leagues.

1B/DH Colin Moran- The young Pirates 1B has been playing some inspired ball and collecting those RBI at a great rate. He is only owned in 37.6% of leagues and has been added in +16.9% in the last week.

OF Michael Taylor- The KC OF has played some good baseball this last week or two and is worth a pickup if you need some OF the help. He has been dropped actually in -12.1%, making him available in over 60% of leagues.

OF Adam Duvall- If you need power and RBI, Duvall is there in 70% of leagues waiting for you. Be ready to sacrifice average.

OF Adolis Garcia- The last seven days have been kind to Garcia as he hit 4HR and 9RBI over his 24AB with a .333BA and .385OBP. He is rostered in 34.2% of leagues now after being added in +32.7% of leagues. Go and grab him!

Drop: Position Players

SS Dansby Swanson- The 13/75 tells me it's time to drop and look for a replacement to get you back into matchups.

1B/OF Ryan Mountcastle- It is time to move on from Mountcastle if you haven't already. After a week with a .091BA time to drop and move on. -18% of owners have dropped him. He is still being held in 64.1% of leagues, if you're in that mix, get out.

OF/2B Dylan Moore- As a Mariners fan it hurts to put Moore on this list. But the glove has played for him and kept him on the field recently. However, the bat hasn't helped after only posting a .077BA this last week. It's time to drop and moves on.

3B Phillip Evans- I feel like I just added Evans and now here I am ready to move on from him. Well after a .174BA in 23AB with just 1HR, 1RBI yeah drop him and move on.

Add: Pitchers

Danny Duffy- I am going to let the numbers speak for themselves for Duffy. 0.39ERA over 23IP with 27K-6BB. He has been added to 69.4% of leagues in the last seven days and is still available in about 30%.

Steven Matz- Matz is also another guy to let the numbers speak for themself. 2.31ERA over 23.1IP with 4W, 25K-8BB. He has been added in +6.5% of leagues and is still out there in about 10% of leagues. I hope you didn't miss out.

Wade Miley- Miley has put together a decent line to start the season. In 22IP he has a 2.45ERA with 16K-5BB. He isn't winning you the games but that's not all on him. His next start is against the Cubs. He has been dropped in -16.7% of leagues which makes him available in 60%+ of leagues.

JT Brubaker- Even the Pirates have fantasy pieces you can use. With a solid start to the season with 22.1IP with 23K-5BB and a 2.01ERA. I would look to add Brubaker before he is gone. He has been added to 32.7% of leagues bringing his availability to 56% of leagues.

Drop: Pitchers

Yusei Kikuchi- Kikuchi is an excellent real-life pitcher that keeps the Mariners in games. But that doesn't always translate to fantasy. The 5.70ERA over 23.2IP with 20K-9BB and the 15ER is time to drop and play the matchups with Kikuchi.

Triston McKenzie- The beginning of the season has not been kind to McKenzie to start the season. I would consider dropping him after the 16.2IP with a 4.32ERA with 23K-14BB. Until he can find his control, stay away.

Casey Mize- We are going to need to wait on the Tiger's young pitchers to prove themselves at the MLB level. With a weak offense around them and decent defense don't bank on them. Mize has been beaten up this season with a 5.23ERA over 20.2IP. Give him time to come into form and figure stuff out. In the meantime make sure he isn't on your team.

Jake Odorizzi- The Astros pitching is all bad unless you are Zack Grienke. Odorizzi has only pitched 8IP with a 10.13ERA this far this season and now he is dealing with a "forearm" issue. STAY AWAY FROM ASTROS PITCHERS.
